Wedding Day Management
Your wedding is one of the most exciting times of your life. It can also be one of the most stressful.
As wedding day managers, here are just some of the things we can do
to help relieve that stress so you can enjoy your day.
Typically, we spend a minimum of 40 hours attending to the
details of your wedding prior to your wedding day.
Five hours onsite on wedding day (with additional coordinator if needed)

Review contracted vendors
Create a detailed timeline
Contact vendors to become point of contact
Send vendors timeline and review contracted services
Venue walk through
Coordinate rehearsal
Present and review timeline with wedding party
Ceremony set up - signs, programs, candles, bubbles, etc.
Distribute bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres
Direct ushers to start escorting guests
Cue musicians (or start music)
Line up wedding party
Gather family and friends for photos
Marriage license safekeeping
Transportation coordination
Transfer items from wedding venue to reception
Maintain Wedding Emergency Kit (just in case)
Ensure everyone adheres to timeline
Handle any emergencies that may arise
Greet vendors at reception and ensure set up
Facilitate cocktail hour if needed
Meet with catering staff to confirm dinner service timeline
Set up escort cards, table numbers, etc.
Facilitate grand entrance
Cue band/DJ, photographer for specials
Remain easily accessible through your event to troubleshoot
Submit predetermined social media postings
Distribute tips to vendors

We are pleased to collaborate with a local company for an initiative called DRIVE THE LOVE, Flowers With a Purpose. They rescue flower arrangements left behind after events such as weddings and showers. These florals are given new life as cheery pick-me-ups, delivering smiles to local seniors, hospital patients, rehabilitation, and nursing home residents. All you need to do is let me know if you'd like your flowers donated!
